Solar Market is an authorized distributor of Hyundai Energy Solutions photovoltaic modules for Bulgaria. We distribute leading global brands of energy storage products, inverters, and photovoltaic modules such as Sol Planet, SunSynk, Deye, Jinko Solar, and more.

We offer a variety of single-phase, three-phase, and hybrid inverters, intelligent EV chargers, as well as lithium-ion batteries.

Our main activity is wholesale and retail trade and distribution of renewable energy solutions in Bulgaria and abroad.

We represent some of the best manufacturers in the field of renewable energy sources and energy storage worldwide and can offer easy-to-install, safe, and reliable, high-quality products and solutions at competitive prices.

Article 1 General Provisions

At Solar-market.bg, we undertake a commitment to ensure the confidentiality and protection of your personal data, in our capacity as the Data Controller of the personal data you provide to us. This Policy explains when and why we collect personal information ("personal information," and "personal data" are used interchangeably in this Policy) about people who visit our site and use our services, how we use it, the circumstances under which we may disclose it to others, and how we keep it secure. We have the right to send an email newsletter for news from the site, for which newsletter you have subscribed with your email address. Article 11 How You Can Access, Correct, or Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right at any time to request from us: • Access to your personal data collected in the process of providing and using the services, including: confirmation whether we process your personal data, what categories they are, the purposes of this processing, and the recipients to whom the data are disclosed, as well as a message with a copy of your personal data being processed and their source; • Correction of information you have provided to us when it becomes incorrect or outdated, for example, your email address, or any other information; • Deletion or blocking of your personal data when their processing does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act or the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); • Notification of this correction, deletion, or blocking to third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed, except when this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

The desired action regarding access, correction, deletion, or blocking of personal data is carried out solely with respect to your personal data. It is provided free of charge.

To request access, correction, deletion, or blocking of your personal data processed by us, you need to send us a written request containing:

  1. Name, address, and other identification data of the respective natural person;

  2. Description of the request;

  3. Preferred form of provision of information under Article 28, paragraph 1;

  4. Signature, date of submission of the application, and correspondence address.

  5. Notarized power of attorney when submitted by an authorized person. The application can be signed with an electronic signature.

We will fulfill your request for access, correction, deletion, or blocking within a period of up to 14 days, while complying with legal requirements and exceptions in this regard.

You will be notified of the decision to carry out the requested action or refusal to do so in accordance with legal requirements. Notification of this will be sent to you by mail with acknowledgment of receipt or can be received in person against signature.

 

Article 12 How to Object or File a Complaint Regarding the Processing of Personal Data
